Individual counseling: We can meet on Zoom as long as you are physically located in a state where Tiffany is licensed (Tennessee or Mississippi).

Yes! The office is at 8869 Centre Street, in Southaven near Airways and Stateline.

We are in network with Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, Lyra, Optum, Oscar, UBH, UHC, UHSS, and UMR.

Plans vary, so please confirm your mental health benefits with your insurance provider.

Individual sessions run 45-60 minutes

Roll for Insight will have 2-5 members per session.

– Confidentiality: What happens in group stays in group.
– The GM is a therapist and will lead with your goals and growth in mind.
– Additional clinical support is available during and between sessions.

Each session will last around 80 minutes

Great question! The plan is around 5 sessions, meeting every other week.
